From experience and closeness, we create an intimate and loving space to approach the body and integrate touch and meditation so true to its origins. In workshops and courses we share Osho active meditations as well as experiential anatomy guided exercises that allow participants to understand and appreciate the value and beauty of “watch inside” and be oneself without trying to change anything. We develop our innate ability to touch and be touched without expectations, judgments or comparisons, allowing us to open ourselves to feel in a relax way and make a learning out of this experience… in other words Arun Conscious Touch has the potential to transform lives, and in this unique way become able to appreciate the beauty of “watch inside” and meet ourselves with the silence of the heart
These spaces of touch and meditation are meetings in which the participant is entered into a meditative space to meet the body through touch and love. They take place over a weekend or 4-5 days. Some of them are residential, where in addition to the experience we share in the workshop-room, we also share the touch, the meditation, and the experience of the heart’s silence.
A space for meditation and interior observation is created in a group format. In a respectful and close way and with the guidance of Muditosan. You are all welcome. No previous experience is necessary. The meditation campus is a practical introduction to active Osho meditations.

A space created to receive an individual Arun session. A delicate and respectful encounter with your own body and Conscious Touch. From an interactive meditation, where the presence and awareness of the one who “gives” and the one who “receives” are equally essential, the session develops, feeling the touch at the moment, without judging, analyzing or comparing. Using the touch in a safe and intimate way, helping the mind and the body to relax while the inner awareness expands.
